Navita + Jeremy | Engaged

The Million Dollar Staircase, otherwise known as the Great Western Staircase, located in the Capitol Building in Albany, NY is absolutely stunning, and Navita and Jeremy were equally matched for their engagement session there.

It was the first time that I photographed on the Million Dollar Staircase, but it’s been on my bucket list! As you are aware I love history and the richness of this staircase is jaw dropping. I can only imagine how grand it was back when it was finished in 1899. I love all the intricate detail that older buildings have. It’s no wonder that this staircase took 14 years (!!!!) to complete.

When Navita and Jeremy agreed to have their engagement session here, I was SO excited. And when I saw them walk up to meet me, I was even more so! Navita looked so stunning in her royal blue dress, and Jeremy was perfectly matched.. I enjoyed spending time with them, getting to know them, and hearing more about the events that will lead up to their wedding as we finished their session at the Plaza. Congratulations Navita and Jeremy, I am looking forward to your wedding later this year!
