Rebecca and Rudy Engagement Session

Moreau Lake State Park, Ganesvoort NY

I have been wanting to do a session at Moreau Lake State Park for a while and I finally had my opportunity! I was so excited that Rebecca and Rudy were on board with having their session there, and it was the perfect spot for them as the views were just what they love as well.

The gate to the lake area close at 3:30, but Rebecca must have read her bridal guide because she was prepared with flats! It was an easy walk to the beach area with all of the canoes and kayaks which created a nice pop of color in some of their photos.

It was so great getting to know them during their session. We spent the entire time laughing – although they were probably laughing AT me as I tripped, almost walked backwards into the lake, almost got tangled up in a tree as I found the right angles that I wanted to capture. LOL.

Despite what they had gone into their session believing, they were naturals and were so fun to photograph. They made my job easy.

I am looking forward to their wedding later this year in Syracuse.
