Spring Engagement at Home

Alyssa and Eric are the type of people that you just want to be around. They love to laugh, they love to make each other laugh and they are just all around good people! You can see from the photos how much fun they had. I love when couples are carefree and just enjoying the moment and the experience.

Their story began in January of 2013 at college in Boston during their freshman year when they were introduced by a mutual friend.

When Eric proposed, they were in between vacations, having just gotten home from a weekend in Hampton Beach, NH, and flying to Washington D.C. the next day. While Alyssa was not home, Eric set up a scavenger hunt for her which would lead to the proposal. Fun fact, Eric got pulled over for speeding on his way to pick up Alyssa in her car, getting out of the ticket by admitting he was proposing later that afternoon. Eric also failed to clean the house and infamously got down on one knee next to a pile of laundry, which he will now never live down!

Their son Maverick joined them for their engagement session on their family property which had the most beautiful pond next door that we snuck over to!
