Lisa + Troy

Lisa and Troy had an beautiful intimate ceremony overlooking Lyons Lake in Nassau, NY. Surrounded by family, and the beautiful fall colors, they pledged their love to each other.

Their wedding celebration began with a first look with the lake and fall colors behind them. Troy was so sweet when he saw her and tried to keep his emotions in check. Following their first look, we were able to get in their portraits before their ceremony, and you can see for yourself the stunning views!

Following their first look, family joined them as they became husband and wife during a private ceremony. Immediately after the ceremony, the wind came in and the rain started falling. Thankfully it was light at first so we were able to hide under some trees to get the immediate family portraits done.

When the rain started picking up we moved to the pavilion where guests enjoyed a lunch and each others company.

The one thing I love about the rain, it brings out beautiful colors! They were troopers to go out in the rain under an umbrella so that I could capture one of my favorite photos yet! The colors were absolutely stunning!
