A Romantic Couples Session on Abandoned Train Tracks

This couple session on an abandoned train track was so much fun! There’s something about an unexpected location that makes a session feel a little more adventurous, and these old tracks created such a unique backdrop for their photos.

From the weathered railroad ties to the tracks disappearing into the distance, every little part of this location added character. But what really made the session was the two of them. They were so comfortable together, which made it easy to capture those natural moments—the laughter, the little looks, and everything in between.

Couples sessions don’t have to feel overly posed or formal. Some of my favorite images happen when you’re simply walking together, laughing, talking, and forgetting for a minute that there’s even a camera there.

We had so much fun exploring the tracks and taking advantage of this beautiful, rustic setting. I absolutely love when a location is a little different from the ordinary, and this one definitely delivered!
