Minnick Family Fall Session at Pruyn House

I have been photographing Suzie’s family since I started this business. Her #boymom family reminds me of my own. She has 3 sweet boys who all have their own personalities, and a lot of energy! They chose to have their session at the Pryun House which I love for all the beautiful trees and old buildings.

Families who have littles who have “stranger danger” fear and do not want to be without their parents, it’s totally fine. I recommend coming to your session a little early so they can have time to warm up to their surroundings.

Also, families of high energy little ones sometimes are stressed because they worry that the kids running around will bother me. I am a mom of 4 boys!! I get that 100%, I get the tackles, the all-boy attitudes, all of it. They are who they are, and they are perfect, just as they are. Even with their running around and excited energy, I can still capture beautiful images. So don’t stress, enjoy your session, let them burn off their excitment and let me capture them just as they are! You will look back at your images and smile and laugh at the “remember when….” moments, and I usually can get them to settle and get in a few “perfect” images.
