A Steamboat Wedding on Lake George

I was so honored to be part of Brenda and Jim’s wedding which took place on the Steamboat Lac Du Saint Sacrement on the scenic and historic Lake George.

They had their first look at Prospect Mountain at the Eagle Nest Lookout. We originally had planned for the summit, but it was incredibly hot and everyone was dying with the heat. The summit had a lot of walking, and this location up Prospect Mountain was private. The few people who stopped here quickly realized they were about to have a first look and let the have their moment realized without a lot of onlookers.

The ceremony took place on the Lac Due Saint Sacrement and Brenda and Jim surprised their guests by keeping it a secret that the service was going to be performed by one of Brenda’s sons, which was such a touching element to the day.

Following their gorgeous and scenic wedding, guests were invited to the dancefloor to welcome the newlywed couple.
