Lexi + Joe | Engaged

I absolutely loved spending time with Lexi and Joe during their engagement session at the beautiful Saratoga State Park. We had a great time getting to know each other and walking around the park to all of my favorite spots.

Despite the cold temperatures and the wind gusts, we were able to capture beautiful images that makes it look like its a warm summer day. I know I’ve said this a hundred times already, but I really do love engagement sessions so I can really get to know my couple. This is such an important step to photographing their wedding. When I arrive on their wedding day, I will be a face they recognize, and someone they know more than just a name. They will be relaxed with me, and already know that they are in good hands and this comes across in their wedding photos.

With Lexi and Joe, I smiled the whole time. Lexi is the nicest, sweetest person you would ever meet. And she has perfect hair. Like seriously, the wind was gusting so bad and her hair still looks perfect in every photo. I loved watching her interact with Joe, who just made her laugh the whole time. Joe is very down to earth, and the kind of guy who can talk to you about anything. The two of them make the perfect pair. I’m really, really excited for their wedding this fall.
