Emily + Tim

Talk about perfect lighting, perfect colors, perfect background! Everything about this wedding was perfect. I first met Emily and Tim at their engagement session this past summer at OOMS (another perfect lighting situation). I just love the way that Emily looks at Tim, and the way that Tim looks back at her – the love these two share is spoken in just a glance and written all over their faces. Not to mention, they are the nicest people.

Their beautiful day took place at the Appel Inn in Altamont, NY. When I first met Emily and Tim, I mentioned that I was excited for their wedding, because being an avid country music fan, the Appel Inn is where Hillary Scott from Lady A was married!

Emily looked absolutely gorgeous and radiant and was surrounded by amazing ladies who spend the morning laughing, and keeping each other calm, and stress free!

Emily and Tim opted to have a first look (as you know, I love when couples have this moment to themselves on their wedding day). The sun was high, and bright, but the lighting was still beautiful for their first look, portraits and ceremony. We were also blessed with a warm fall day before the cool wind came in.

During their reception, their guests played a fun trivia game and then danced the night away! Everyone had such a great time, and I felt honored to be part of their story!!
